MT METATRON is a skincare brand produced by MT Cosmetics, a medical cosmetics company focusing on the skin's recovery environment after aesthetic treatments. Our mission is to contribute to your skin concerns by continually developing products that meet the protocols of beauty professionals. Through ongoing dialogue with our customers and research into formulations, we have arrived at the concept of "recovery beauty", which promotes the skin's natural revitalisation. Based on our post-treatment skincare knowledge developed through many years of beauty science research and the underpinning of our MT MOON UP THEORY, we offer uniquely formulated skincare solutions exclusively for beauty institutions.

Origin of MT METATRON

The brand name MT METATRON draws inspiration from the mythical angel Metatron. In mythology, Metatron is portrayed as a guardian angel who bestows wisdom upon individuals. Incorporating the term Metatron into the brand name signifies the aspiration for this angelic figure to oversee and impart beauty wisdom.

After graduating from Rikkyo University with a degree from the Faculty of Law, she delved into planning North American tours at a prominent travel agency. Her interest was piqued by nutritional supplements featuring advanced ingredients available in U.S. distribution and supplement stores. Together with co-president Masatoshi Nakanishi, she merged a supplement store in Hawaii, a destination she frequented privately, to pioneer a mail-order supplement business. Their venture burgeoned into the largest Japanese-owned company in terms of products and members, boasting an impressive inventory of approximately 3,000 products

The relationship between nutritional ingredients and creating beautiful skin is inseparable. When doctor's cosmetics began to rise in prominence in the U.S., Japan faced a significant lack of skincare products for beauty professionals that could effectively address aging care* concerns. Determined to develop skincare that delivers results, he founded MT Cosmetics in 2005, and this commitment continues to the present day.

While exclusively available for purchase at beauty salons, MT METATRON has garnered numerous awards from prestigious women's magazines both in Japan and internationally. Our products are now distributed in 13 countries worldwide, including China.

MT Cosmetics products are supported by beauty clinics and esthetic salons, which are beauty specialists, and have been introduced to approximately 6,500 beauty clinics and esthetic salons in Japan*. MT Cosmetics products are also attracting attention in Russia, the European Union, and ASEAN countries, where beauty sensitivity is high, and MT Cosmetics products are currently being handled in 13 overseas countries*.

Home Use Test Survey Results

MT Beauty Skin Research Institute conducts surveys on how people feel. In the results of the Home Use Test Survey, more than 90% of the respondents felt the effects of the products within five days of using each item. The average of all five products tested was over 80% (86.0%).

This was observed in terms of cleansing and facial washing.

OUR HISTORY

In 2004, we focused on Dimethylaminoethanol Tartrate (DMAE)* and Alpha Lipoic Acid**researched by Dr. Nicholas Perricone, an assistant professor at Yale University. As a true anti-aging care, we started with the Lift Care line (now the Essential line), which focused on the aging of the facial muscles.
